Complete Renovation
Before
The house was in terrible condition, filled with trash and in serious need of work. We’ve had to strip out everything and start from scratch. All plumbing and electrical installation was re-done as well as the skimming of the walls. The next step was to completely redecorate the rooms, kitchen and bathrooms, install windows, lay the carpet and fit the kitchen and bathroom units and appliances.
The modern touches were given by the white tiling that can be noticed throughout the property as well as the timeless brilliant white walls and the neutral grey carpets.
With the silvers accents in the bathroom and the black kitchen units, the house has a new fresh feel, turning it into a great investment or a lovely home for a lucky family.

This full house renovation took almost a year to complete and had the purpose of bringing the house back to life/making it habitable due to
the awful shape it was in, as well as increasing the value of the property.

Complete Renovation
The owners of this home sought to renovate the property to attract new tenants and increate the value of the house. We've had to renovate all three bathrooms, which included the following:
Ground floor bathroom: Re-tiling the walls and the floor as well as repainting the walls and ceiling and changing the vanity, bath panel and shower fitting.
First floor bathroom: Removing the wall paper and repainting that wall as well as re-painting the vanity.
Top floor bathroom: Re-grouting and adding
new silicone around the WC tank cover as well as supplying new white grout and re-grouting the floor tiles.
We've also had to modernize the entrance and the front of the property by painting the pillar tops in white all weather proof paint - painting the ground floor window sills and painting the front door.
The bannister was also renovated and repainted as well as the adjacent wall (which previously had an old and damaged wallpaper) and new carpet was installed on the stairs.

Exterior Redecoration
About the project
The customer wanted to remove tiles and concrete from the front garden and re-surface the whole front garden with porcelain tiles and fit paving edging to mark a boundary between their front path area and next door neighbor's. We’ve also had to Increase the height of the front wall up to the gate level with double bricks - rendering the wall on both front, back and on top and paint everything.
