The most comprehensive professional snagging report in North West London
What is a snagging report and why should you get one?
Snagging Reports
A snagging report is a comprehensive record of all the cosmetic issues / potential defects (particularly regarding weatherproofing) that a property might have. The report is based on a thorough inspection by a professional who provides a list of all the minor or major snags that a builder needs to fix for a residential or commercial property to be up to standard. These are defects that you would not normally think of without our expertise and our equipment. A snagging report differentiates from a building survey in the sense that it provides no explanation for the defects.
We recommend you get a snagging report whether you are a landlord/an agency trying to rent a property (and bringing it to the professional level required by the industry), or just a private homeowner who wants peace of mind that their new home meets the required regulations.
Our reports are detailed but extremely clear and provide you with the comfort and satisfaction required for your new investment, ensuring you get the standard you paid for. We have the experience, the equipment and the knowledge to spot small or big defects which can go unnoticed and can be costly on the long run.

Yes, we use the latest thermal camera “Seek Pro “ to scan your windows, external doors, radiators and underfloor heating. Our inspectors will investigate your windows physically first to check if the windows open and shut smoothly, if all the seals are intact and airtight, if there are any scratches on the frame/glass panels, etc. If any issues are found, then we will use the thermal camera to scan any cold spots and capture the image of the fault/issue.
* If the weather is not cold enough to carry out the thermal scan at the time of the inspection , then we will check physically to see if your external windows and door seals are intact, there are no scratches on the glasses, panels are operating smoothly and seals are airtight.

Is a Thermal Scan included in the inspection?
